Cyndi Lauper Signs With New Record Label

Cyndi Lauper, who has been unsigned for the last couple years, has signed with Daylight Records. This is good new for Cyndi fans who have been expecting an album from her for over two years. Her last record label went bankrupt which is the reason for the delay of the album. She did tide fans over with the EP “Shine,” and a tour with Cher, which gave fans a chance to see a renewed Cyndi who is writing some of the best music of her career.

Fan anticipation is high for the new album tentatively titled “Naked City” and scheduled for late this year.
