Duran Duran Have Reunited

The five original members of Duran Duran have reunited after sixteen years with plans to tour and to release an album of new material. In 2001, all five members, Simon Le Bon, Nick Rhodes, John Taylor, Roger Taylor and Andy Taylor, decided the time was right and started to lay the groundwork for a successful reunion. The new music, which will be released later this year, is considered by Duran Duran to be their most exciting album in years. With the release of the album, they will tour extensively.

Duran Duran was one of the biggest acts of the 80s. It will be interesting to see if they can recapture the magic and produce some great pop songs.
