Chef Wayne Gives Ford Amphitheater Box Dinners the STAR Treatment

Chef Wayne Elias, executive chef for Crumble Catering and Marks Restaurant, gives outdoor dining the STAR treatment with an enticing selection of box dinners — featuring everything from Grilled Vegetables, to Barbecued Chicken, to Filet Mignon — ready to enjoy under the stars at the Ford Amphitheater this season.
Hearlded as “chef to the stars,” Wayne Elias of Crumble Catering is the culinary talent behind Elton John’s Oscar party, as well as some of Hollywood’s most glamorous movie premiere events, including “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory,” “Rumor Has It” and others. Chef Wayne also serves it up for celebrities such as Terry Hatcher, Dr. Phil, Jay Leno, Brendan Fraser, Laurence Fishburne and Ellen DeGeneres on a nightly basis at Mark’s Restaurant on La Cienega Blvd.
“Our new box dinner selections give you everything you need for a wonderful, star-studded evening at The Ford,” says Chef Wayne. “You’ll feel like a star while dining under the stars.”
Ford Amphitheater patrons can choose from five different dinner selection, boxed and ready to serve, including plates, utensils and napkins. To reserve a box dinner, contact Crumble Catering 24 hours in advance at 310 652-3797. Box dinners will be available for pick up on the night of the performance at the outdoor snack bar on the amphitheatre level when you arrive at the theatre. Beverages are not included, but a wide selection is available for purchase on site.
