Linda Perry, Amy Pham Take Stage for Women in Media’s 40th Gracie Awards

By  |

It’s a busy week for Linda Perry, who will perform Tuesday at the 40th Anniversary Gracie Awards, just a few days after appearing with wife (and new mom) Sara Gilbert at a benefit for the LA LGBT Center.

The songwriter-producer will be joined at the Beverly Hilton by host Tracee Ellis Ross (“Black-ish”) and DJ Amy Pham paying tribute to this year’s honorees, including Maggie Gyllenhaal, Olivia Munn, and Mae Whitman.

The black-tie gala supports the Alliance for Women in Media Foundation’s educational programs, charitable activities, public service and scholarship campaigns. The Gracie Awards have honored outstanding programming by, for and about women since 1975.

Individuals in all facets of radio, television, cable and web-based media will be recognized at the awards gala, to be held from 6-10 p.m. at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. Other local, public and student winners in radio and TV will be honored at the Gracies Awards Luncheon, June 22 in New York.
